With over 20 years of professional experience gained at prestigious law firms in Wrocław, I have worked with small, medium, and large enterprises – including international businesses. Long-term cooperation with clients from various sectors, such as commerce, manufacturing, media, and finance (including banks), enables me to effectively support business development while managing legal risk.
I have extensive litigation experience, having represented clients in numerous complex court proceedings. I have also participated in legal audits, including detailed employment law audits for companies in different industries. I have issued numerous legal opinions and negotiated a wide range of contracts, including implementation and maintenance agreements for key IT systems (for IT companies, manufacturers, and banks).
